A FULLY PERSONALISED PATHWAY
FOR FUTURE MANAGERS
Ortec offers a personalised technical training programme for young people with a BTS (two-year advanced technician’s certificate) or an engineering degree, who are just starting out or have up to three years’ experience. The initial three-year course, which begins with a period of immersion in the field, aims to rapidly develop the trainees’ skills by developing their autonomy. It is expected that those who complete this personalised programme will quickly take on positions of responsibility and become the group’s future managers. Discover this unique programme here.
FOCUS ON THE IMMERSION PROGRAMME
The course has two components: training in specific tools, processes and business areas, and awareness of company methods and values.
During the course, young people are introduced not only to their core business, but also to related sectors to increase their understanding of how the group operates as a whole. Everyone has a personal tutor, who shares his or her expertise and knowledge of the company. The course opens the door to new opportunities and is a real performance accelerator.
